Rolling Block Saw
An existing sliding circular saw was modified to accommodate a new 600mm x 1780mm rolling block product. The saw blade was raised 25mm and the stroke of the hydraulic cylinder which traverses the saw was increased to accommodate the larger aluminium block. The clamping system was also modified to accommodate the wider blocks
A new system to remove the 450 kg offcuts was also designed as part of this upgrade
