320 Tonne Self Powered Crane Bogies
Comtec were responsible for the design of self powered crane bogies which were retro-fitted to the structure of existing cranes. Included in the project were the electrical and instrumentation requirements to pin point the location of the cranes and allow successful docking at predetermined locations.
Also included was the provision of a physical locking system to ensure accurate alignment at the docking stations.
