Reject Anode Conveyor

During the production of carbon anodes it is sometimes necessary to remove some newly formed anodes from the production line. The Reject Anode Conveyor removes up to nine of these newly formed hot and fragile anodes from the production process without damaging the anodes.

Dust Collection Systems

Comtec has designed and commissioned a wide variety of Dust Collection Systems from specification of complete systems to modifications to existing systems to improve performance or add extra capacity. We have also redesigned existing bag houses with completely new plenum sections with "Top Loading" dust collection bags and removable blast tubes for ease of bag changing. The explosion venting was also upgraded to contained rupture disc technology.
